Vibrating shift lever and steering wheel

I had my 2002 9-5 Linear Wagon (manual) cpo'd last week. New front pads and rotors, a new front rim and 4 new tires were purchased. At highway speeds the stick shift now vibrates and so does the steering wheel. Any ideas? I going back to the dealer tomorrow. Thanks. Other than the above I started using mid range gas (89 octane)instead of preemium.
