Warning: You might get flamed here for not running premium. If you can afford a SAAB, you can afford to burn good gas. Aparently it does make a difference in turbo engines.... Something about high compression, conbined with turbo requires higher octane to avoid knock, althought the trionic engine management is supposed to compensate when you run crappy gas. Won't solve your vibration issue though.
Anyway, sounds like alignment, or tire balance. ALso, maybe have them hand torque the lug nuts. The lug nuts can loosen a bit after the initial tightening - I think the manual says to check them after a thousand miles or so after you rotate/switch wheels. My experience suggests that SAABs are sensitive to lug nut torque. But I'm not a mechanic and try not to pretend I'm one ;)
