hey thats what I'm here for....to live and learn....somehow the big, bold, red lettered COMPETITIVE PRICING blinded my usual common sense....upon further research I found that the 4 dealers around this area charged either $299/$329/$359/and$399 for the same part number(no labor) and the local reputable indy price for the whole job was equal to what I paid the dealer for the job...actually $40 more due to the need to 'clear the code'...smells like a manure factory around here. So in reality the O2 sensor was competitivly priced for what I had available....except the "own two hands' price....I'm more worried about the marbles in my engine now.
