I have the same power steering problem in my 2002 9-5 Aero with 5 speed. Steering goes stiff when turning after hard braking and in low speed parking maneuvers. I've owned it for just a few months. The car has less than 20,000 miles and appears original in every way. The dealer says they can do nothing. They said that on an automatic, they can adjust the idle and it helps. Has yours been repaired?
