I currently drive a 1999 9-3 5-speed and am looking at purchasing either a 2002 9-5 Aero sedan (5-speed, touring, visibility) or a 2002 9-5 Aero SportWagon (5-speed, touring, visibility). To make deciding even harder, they're both the same color and within $800.00 of each other.

So here's my dilemma-do I get the wagon to replace the practicality of my current hatch or do I get the sedan for the sportiness that it might have over the wagon? I've test-driven both, can't really feel that much of a difference with the wagon over the sedan; both feel fast and handle better than my 9-3 with 17" BBS RKs on it, that's for sure.

So you might think "well, if you want practicality, get the wagon, if not, get the sedan and be done with it." Well, I'm a college student. I really don't think I'd mind the image of the wagon, because it's a bad-ass wagon and is faster, better-looking, and handles better than most cars that people my age and even older drive. I like that the Aero wagon is a 5-speed and is unique in that right now, but I kinda feel that maybe that will wear off in a couple of years and I'll wish I had the sedan. But at the same time, it's not a "geeky" wagon, I could use the space, but I know the trunk in the sedan is pretty big anyway.

Anybody got any suggestions or other points I should consider to help me make up my mind? I'm actually losing sleep over this!

Andrew
