I just bought a 2000 9-5 2.3t wagon. Before I bought it, it was doing that, and I had them fix it. They thought it was an engine mount at first, but it was a throttle body or valve of some sort. I am sorry that I do not know the exact part-the dealer repaired it, and they had it contracted out to a saab guy. So my salesman didn't know much, and I had no invoice of work or anything. But it stopped doing it. Although my steering wheel vibrates a little when I stop.
