I will be driving from SE Michigan to Charleston WV tonight, then on to Raleigh NC tomorrow morning. Weather in the mountains south of Charleston is currently forecast to be pretty crappy for this drive.

Will the Weather Band in my car automatically search for the strongest signal from a list of pre-programmed weather stations (by default the local weather station for whatever area I am driving through), or does it only monitor a single station in my "home" area?

I don't recall ever using this feature while on a long drive before.
