Is the dealer ripping me off yet again?

"Thank you sir, may I have another"
So I arrive at the dealer this morning. I speak with Jacob, the service writer, about the SID replacement offered by Saab. He pulls out a ticket prints it out bla, bla, bla....bla bla..he hands me the paper and the estimate is $145 for labor to replace the SID!
I did this out of curiosity in a AutoZone parking lot in two minutes...
I didnt bother to argue with him because I am convinced that the people there are crooks and ripoff artists. Last time I was forced to pay $40 to get a "keycode"...forty bucks so some guy can type in my VIN, press enter, and write down the number on a napkin. When I complaied they simply blinked and shrugged their shoulders. Oh, but wait there is more, then they charged me another $97.50 to program the key and foglights.
I can't stand that place and can only hope that it goes down in flames in the near future, a bunch of greasy guys loaded down with gold jewelry peddling Cadillacs. Dis-effin-gusting.
Can anyone tell me the Saab standard labor time for replacing the SID?
I had to get to work ontime today and I couldnt argue but if indeed they are billing me for non-standard labor I would like to know.
Thanks,
Tom
