Silly... but my 9-5 Wagon or a 2003 9-3 Sport Convert?

I realize it's comparing apples to dumptrucks, but I have an opportunity to pick up a 2003 9-3 Sport Convertible, fully loaded with the sport package. 17" wheels on very cool rims, black ext. with tan sport interior. The car is coming off lease and I can pick it up for a cool $19,700. It's my CEO's so that's how I know about it. Only 21K miles.
Problem is, I own a mint 2000 9-5 SE wagon, fully loaded with the ventilated seats and all. It's super comfy with a great stereo, with only 51K miles. Only paid $12,200 for it on eBay about eight months ago.
It is much more comfortable than the 9-3, but I'll tell you what... I drove the 'vert over the gorgeous weekend in Atlanta and there's just sumpin' about it. Got a lot of "cool car" comments, which I've NEVER had with the wagon. And looking at it just makes me smile.
No kids. Married, 33. Spring approaches in Atlanta. What says this board? Am I nuts to dump the wagon to get the 9-3?
