At 70K miles you have gotten most of the useful lif out of the shocks and struts that came with the car.
Replace the shocks and struts with Koni's. They're available at a very competitive price from the Tire Rack. Set the adjustment at 1 turn in from the softest setting.
By the way...the Koni's are roughly the same price (or less) than OEM shocks and struts from your local dealer.
