Do I need keep engine on for a while before I stop it?

Hi,
New owner of SAAB. I know from my old subaru that it is better for the turbo if I keep engine on for a while before I stop it each time when I get home. Is that true for SAAB, too?
If so, how long should I keep it on before I turn off the engine? Half minute?
Also, in the morning, do I need to warm up the car for half minute before I take off?
Thanks.
