I am bringing our 04 9-5 in for the 30k service later this week, and now over the past 3 days (good timing) it has been really rough starting. It won't turn over at all on the first try then it finally does after giving it some gas on the 2nd or 3rd try?
Any ideas what this could be?
Also while it has been 30k trouble free miles there is also some metalic clinging like noises coming form behind the dash and it sounds like the heat contriol produce a clicking sound sometimes.
Is it time to trade this bad boy in and get a new one to avoid any headaches? This is my wife's car and she drives the babies around in it so I can leave her stranded. It is a 04 Linear SW with 30K, I would think a dealer would want that to CPO and flip for a profit, how much do I need to take that into consideration $ wise, if at all, if I negotiate a trade? I would think that mileage would increase the trade in vaule, at least to a Saab dealer.
The reason I ask is I will trade it in before the warrenty expires (3/08) or 50K and if I can get a good amount more $ now I may as well step up now rather than later.
Any incentives out there on new 9-5 SW's? Maybe I can talk her into a AERO.
Thanks
HD
