"TCS" or "TCS OFF"?

I dont have the owners manual with me but I *think*:

"TCS OFF" light means that TCS has been disabled either by the button or by the computer.

the "TCS" light indicates that TCS is actively attempting to control the traction of your car.

which TCS light is illuminated?
