I have the exact same set and would be curious as well. It's worked great for me so far. My only use for my 9-5 Wagon has been to swap summer/winter tires (CPO). But I have swapped tires, brakes, etc. on my SPG with no problems so far.
I too would like to know if the tonnage is sufficient for the 9-5. I don't know too much about jack specs. I always thought my 2 1/4 ton was plenty since I'm only supporting 1 point at any given time for a 2 ton car. (If I'm lifting an entire axle, I need to use 2 jack stands...)
FYI, I got mine in 2003 at an Awesome 50% off sale. I paid $27.50 for the set. Not sure if that will ever happen again, but $40 still seems reasonable.
