Here is from Saab Technical overview:
An electrically heated rear seat is optional on
certain 9-5 models. The rear seat heater will
consist of two heating pads fitted to the outer
seat cushions. The seat backs do not have
heating elements. The rear seat heater is
controlled by a switch located at the rear of the
center console, in convenient reach to the rear
seat passengers.
TWICE controls the length of time that the heat
is on depending on the outside temperature.
