1) Attempted to repiar factory SID using foam tape/pressure method. Total failure, I tore the ribbon cable from the circuit board and really messed it up.

2) I replaced the now FUBAR'ed factory SID with a new unit ordered on-line, forfeiting the "Test Brake Lights" message. Paid a local Saab Indy to program the necessary few functions.

3) Sent the second unit to Guy Senesac for repair when it also eventually failed.
