9-5 Question

Difficult question(s) guys and gals. I have been considering a 9-5 Aero (2002-2004) with manual. My difficulty has been in balancing the pros and cons of the car, while assigning what I think is a fair price.
Everyone seems to suggest getting a certified one; however, they seem to be hard to find (in central PA at least). Am I crazy expecting the following?
2002 (50-60K miles) - $11,500-12,500
2003 (30,000-49,000) - $15,000-16,000
2004 (less that 49,000) - $18,000-20,000
Frankly, I view the 9-5 in a Ying/Yang sort of way: for every good feature, there is a negative. I find it ridiculous that the 9-5 is "out-luxuried" by lesser cars such as the Mazda 6 (in some features) and Volkswagen Jetta. This is supposed to be Saab's flagship car. My view is further tainted by the fact that I currently drive a 06 BMW 330i Sport/Premium.
Anyway, I'm still in the consideration phase. I'm looking for that great deal to push me over the edge. So far, I just haven't seen it.
Thanks in advance for your comments.
