If you can't make it down to Charles River Saab in Watertown or to Gary Blake in Exeter for service, 128 Saab is the lesser of the two evils. My parents bought a Saab from Woodworth and the sale went fine (car was/is great), but their service department is awful. They're way more focused on GM cars than Saabs, although their parts dept isn't horrible.
My dad (who also lives on the North Shore) brings his CPO 9-5 to CRS in Watertown, which is where I bring my 9000 (I live in Boston). My mom's Saab goes to an indy in Methuen since it is out of warranty.
