- if it changes with deceleration or acceleration it points towards a failing inner driver.
- if it changes with a turn (in your case, a quick lane change right or left) it points towards a bearing.
- if its linear growing with speed, it points towards wheel balance.
note that your description seems to suggest a failing inner driver, very unusual at 61k (more like 161k or 261k).
