First of all, congrats on the little one! I have my first coming in about 2 weeks and I'm absolutely ecstatic...life is certainly going to change :)

As far as LATCH goes, I have the same car and in the rear seat where the back meets the seating surface, you will see a piece of cushion that pops up. Under that, there will be two U shaped tethers. LATCH does not use the actual seatbelt, but the seat base should have it's own straps with two clips (one on each end). Just clip those on to the tethers and tighten the strap as much as possible.
