We use a shade from state of nine, TSN supplier Posted by CrNiFe [Email] (#408) [Profile/Gallery] (more from CrNiFe) on Mon, 28 May 2007 08:42:37 In Reply to: Window shade recomendations, Rick95, Sun, 27 May 2007 17:27:40 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
It wasn't expensive, and I can move it from left rear to right rear depending on our driving direction. It has a lock on it.
I ended up lowering the window, with the suction cups in place, and I broke through the trim along the window ledge. Oh well...
The original had a velco trim tab for the lower edge, and once you fix it in place, it does restrict where you can place the shade. You can use pretty well any suction cup for the bottom if you prefer.
The boys don't alway like to have it in place though - I got a complaint on the last trip (because he couldn't see through it).
State of Nine shipped it up to Canada pretty quickly. It is nice to have their logo on the outside of the screen, instead of a commercial cartoon character.
