It is absolutly no way (in a warm place) that an independant Saab shop would do what you list there for $550.00 total.
The timing belt change with all pulleys comes up around $600.00 and the serpentine belt another $50.00 or so.
The other part of the service (filters, fluids and spark plugs plus all the other check and clean things) also comes up around $550.00 to 600.00. All depending on how much transmission fluid they change and if they change the coolant and brake fluid or not.
Keep in mind that this 2002 have the "filled for life" expensive coolant and transmission fluid and that the brake fluid is on "owners request" and charged extra.
So it is a lot less fluids changed for $875.00 if done at the dealer, and for sure not the timing belt tensioner/idler pulley assembly.
That's why it is difficult to compare pricing between an independant shop and a dealer since the work is not done the same way and different amount of parts and fluids are used.
