Here we go,... I own a '99 9-5 Sport Wagon, 2.3 lpt, auto tranny. As the outside temperatures rise (over 80+F), the less effective the AC / ACC becomes. No matter what I have the ACC temperature set for, the air doesn't get any cooler whether it's set for 58F or 70F. Note that I said "cooler", not "cold". However, if I set the ACC for 70F, the blower velocity is barely felt. I have to set the ACC as low as it will go to get any cool air output. My last resort is to set the fan on manual mode and turn the fan up full blast. Even with that it barely keeps the cabin comfortable,... just enough to keep the edge off. My indie says the refrigerant is good and all pressures check out. No codes when Tech II'd. What gives here? HELP (while the car is still under extended warranty)!
