Since you have refrigerant and pressures fine, make sure the airflow is proper and not obstructed. I had to replace blower fan b/c it was not coming on anymore, and it opened the whole new project. During replacing the fan, noticed that recirculation flaps don't move. Fixed those (needed new motor), and now car cools 10x quicker! (btw, blown motor on recirc did not give me any codes...). WHile changing the motor I also opened and changed the filter. Wow, there was enough organic material there for a research project! Leaves, pieces of rotten sponge, mud (no idea how, but that's the best explanation), all kinds of stuff. Cleaned all that, put a new filter, and now AC works like new :D
Make sure that your recirc works fine, your motor spins good, the filter is new and filter box is clean. If that doesn't help, then maybe you have a problem with the evaporator? However, that doesn't seem like easy DIY anymore...
Hope that helps
