Aero Camber specs? Do I need new springs / shocks?!

Hi folks,
Went for an oil change this week, and with car on lift, noticed that 3 of 4 tires were showing metal on the inside side, looked very dangerous. Worst part is, they could have lasted another summer, looking at the tread that was left! So, I just got some new Toyo T1Rs and don't want to wear them out so fast. Went to get the car aligned, and was told I needed new springs, that the car sags... It's a 2000 9-5 aero Sedan, with 61k miles, BTW.
Here are the readings:
Front left: Caster 3.6, Camber -0.8, Toe 1/16"
Front right: Caster 3.2, Camber -1.4, Toe 3/16"
Rear left: Camber -1.7, Toe 1/8"
Rear right: Camber -1.6, Toe 3/32"
Total toe: 1/4"
Is the above within Aero Sedan specs? I don't trust these shops, they don't know SAABs well enough, the guy had to ask, after seeing the car if it was a 9-3 or 9-5, let alone an Areo, as he called it!!
If I need springs, can I get firmer that stock, would this help? I've always found the rear a bit soft to my liking. Would changing shocks help at all? I know they tend to be worn at about this mileage (61k miles), I'd wan't something stiffer...
Any suggestions? Any and all help is very much appreciated, thanks for your time!
Richard
