With 125k Miles, it's probably a good time to replace your (soft) vacuum hoses anyways. Pick up 10 feet or so from Autozone - costs about $1/ft. Start replacing all hoses you can find. Don't forget to look around the TB - there are a few short ones there.
You can also clean the Mass Air Flow sensor filaments with a Q-Tip and some rubbing alcohol - just be gentle.
Check the hoses from the turbo to the cooler and from the cooler to the TB intake. The soft hoses can get really soft and split sometimes.
Bottom line: listen to what the codes are telling you and follow where they lead you. When a fault code pops up, it's generally pointing you in the right direction. It's the problems with no codes that will really try your troubleshooting skills.
