Difficult to answer your question since it is so many fasteners in that area and every one have a different torque setting.
Steering swivel member though I assume you mean the ball joint that is held to control arm with three bolts.
Those three bolts have 20Nm + 90° in torque spec.
The two inverted Torx bolts holding caliper to swivel have a 140Nm + 45° spec.
Keep in mind that it is a lot of versions of WIS out in circulation and it is only the latest one that is the most accurate (with all its faults) and it is different torque specs for different years and models for the same style fasteners.
Factory manuals gets updated several times a year and faults/mistakes are corrected and mentioned in service bulletins sent out during the year.
