I assume by "Owner's Manual" you really mean repair manual? If so, there really isn't one. Haynes sells a paper manual in the UK but it does not cover the V6, and is basically useless. What you need is the Saab WIS CD. "Workshop Information System". You can find pirated copies on eBay, or if you have a friend at a Saab shop maybe you can get them to copy it for you.
But as to your original question - there is no seperate speed sensor in a Saab 9-5, it uses the various ABS sensors for the various speed input functions. IIRC, speed for the speedometer comes from one of the rear wheel sensors.
Why do you want to know? If the issue is that your speedometer isn't working and a bunch of dash lights are on, probably your ABS computer is fried. Quite common, they can be removed and rebuilt. Saab only sells the complete ABS unit for a price that will have you reaching for the smelling salts.
