Serious problems with a Tire Rack recommended installer

I had a set of Kumho Escta ASX's drop shipped to a shop called Big Boys Toys on Broad Street in Philadelphia, a Tire Rack Price Plus recommended installer, which happened to be the closest such installer to my home. They installed the tired without incident, and I drove the 2-3 miles back to my home w/o incident.
This morning I took the car out on the interstate on the way to a meeting. At anything above 60 mph the vibrations were unacceptible. Both fronts and rears vibrated significantly. Following my meeting, I called the service manager at my local Saab dealer and asked if I could stop by to have the wheels re-balanced (they have a Hunter). Sure enough, the wheels as balanced by BBT were completely out of spec by a significant margin. The dealer balanced the wheels correctly and I was on my way.
Needless to say I will be writing to both the Tire Rack and, more importantly, BBT, re this shoddy work.
If you are looking for a Tire Rack recommended installer in Philadelphia, stay away from Bog Boys Toys.
