ACC problems are pretty common, and you definitely want to fix it. Run diags to get the codes and post back. The fix is usually easy and cheap. to run diags, press AUTO+OFF while the car is running in Park. The left side of the ACC display will show the *number* of faults it found. The right side will show the fault code. we need the fault codes.
The SID display is a weak link, but there is a free fix that is worth a shot ... you need a fabric iron and about 40 minutes. search the site, lots of info on this. The problem is the ribbon cable that connects the circuit board to the display ... you can use a fabric iron to renew the connection at the circuit board. It has brought my display back to 100% a number of times (it does not last for me in the heat and humidity of summer, but lasts almost all winter). There are also a few folks who offer a more robust repair via mail order for about $100. Check out the Parts classifieds on this site. Guy in VT has a very good rep.
About your window screeching. Stop using it until you get it fixed! It will eventually hurt the motor and the motor is $$. the fix is fairly cheap and easy, there are two plastic rollers in in the door. Take off the door panel and you will see them. Buy 2 (or 4 of both sides are making noise) at the dealer and just replace them.
power locks: does the problem happen when you use the switch inside the car or only with the remote?
side view mirrors: since it happens to both mirrors, suspect the switch. You can try to clean it, or just replace it from one from a junkyard.
with some time and very little money you can fix all of these things. remember to post back with the ACC codes!
