I remember taking my Dad out and letting him drive my 86 Mitsubishi Starion TSI turbo 5 speed. His driver was an AMC Concord (which I would not even be seen in yet alone drive it!) Anyhow, he took off in that Starion and was grinning from ear to ear. Ran it up over 100 and was amazed how quick it got there and how well it handled. He died not long after that but everytime I was over there he'd ask for the keys and play.

When I got my first SAAB, an 87 9000 turbo, my Mom, who wasn't really into cars commented that it was the most comfortable car she'd ever been in. Her car, and the two before it were all Lincoln Continentals. (I don't think she ever drove my Dad's Rambler, er, AMC either!
