Saw the passenger side going and pointed it out to them. They ordered the piece without question. Took a while to get it in, in the meantime, I noticed (ever so faintly) the driver's side was just starting to do the same thing. I called and told them and they ordered that one too. Just had it in 2 weeks ago to get them installed.
All parts, labor etc completely under warranty. I just passed the 50K mark but I hit the dealer up for as much warranty stuff as i could. I also make them give me a loaner each time. I consider that a small benefit of having a slightly more expensive car, granted I'm paying for it which is why I want to get my moneys worth.
OH, ALL bulbs are warrantied as well. Yes ALL. had the headlights fixed twice (though i think they messed up the first time)
get them for everything you can. I don't want them to feel like I'm a nit-picker and never happy, but hey, I paid a lot for this car and expect it to last for quite a few years and it's my money!
hope that helps.
