While doing a Google search on "Relay 666", on page 2 of the results, there was a link to a Saab GM training pdf. The pdf is inaccessible, a password is required, but the html version is visible (thank you Google caching).

It looks like it's part of dealer training. Some of the information is quite detailed. For example, for 2002 and up:

"New compact and lighter main instrument unit
with several enhancements, such as LEDs
instead of bulbs, has been introduced."

Can someone confirm this? I guess it saves a lot on replacing burned out bulbs. Are other non instrument cluster bulbs now LED?
