There's nothing special about Saab front alignment. Typically camber is looked at but there is no way to adjust it without adding special camber adjusting bolts. Your problem may be excessive toe-in rather than camber though - and toe is about all that is readily adjustable on the front end.
You should go to a good frame/alignment shop - or Saab specialist that does alignments - and get a good 4-wheel alignment done. With the right knowledge and equipment any of the alignment specs can be adjusted - my '01 showed a front caster mismatch side-to-side, the frame shop adjusted it by loosening the front subframe and pulling one side forwards and one side back.
Camber bolts 99-01; not sure about '03
