Thanks for your kind words. It's not quite as compressed as that one (Ouch!) and unbelievably, the tow truck driver started it right up and eased it over to his flatbed. I'm going to try and get the car from the insurance co. if they want to be reasonable about it, as there's a major Saab dismantler only 100 miles or so from here. It's shame: there literally wasn't a scratch on the car, and at 80K, it really wasn't even close to its natural end of life.
There seem to be some really interesting deals out there right now for '04 or '05 wagons with low mileage. (Too bad the wife doesn't like the Merlot color...)
I'm going to try and meet the adjuster tomorrow and will get a few pics while I'm there retrieving the roof bars.
