anyone use 89 octane in an AERO? experiences?

Since owning the car, i have always filled with predominantly 91 octane, with the odd fillup with Sunoco 94. i will be changing employment and having to commute heavily (100 miles each way) for about 2 months.
Was wondering if running 89 octane has been a problem OR delight for Aero owners? as this would start saving me some $$$ right off the top.
