Does the sound change at all if you pull the e-brake up a notch or two? If so, it's likely in the e-brake (drum brake mechanism within the rear rotor hat), or possibly the wheel bearing.
Secondly, swap wheels & tires front to rear and see if the sound moves or changes. If so, then the likely culprit is your worn tire.
Next, it couldn't hurt to have the alignment checked...
And see if there are any signs of the tire rubbing anything in the wheelwell. Did you recently change tire sizes or inflation?
Start there, and see if anything changes.
