Standard 1/4" male "faston" connections will plug right into the relay socket.
You can jumper under the panel, but...
a) you can't easily return the vehicle to "original" condition
b) once the jump is made, the relay is superfluous ("dunsel" if you're a trekkie)
Some states are more Draconian than others on their inspection, and may catch your "modification", and fail the vehicle. Removing the relay & jumpering at the relay socket makes for a really fast swap out when your vehicle needs inspection.
Also, for warrantee purposes, jumpering on top eliminates any "modification"...
I plan to work on a slightly different method in which I might be able to return some of the "safety" features built in on the EU version of the Xenons... Stay tuned...
