Since I haven't seen an 07 yet and had the opportunity to look at the settings, I can't say for sure.
As MI-Rogers says, just because it was possible to change a setting on one year/model doesn't mean it is possible on the next or vice versa.

On top of that, dealers are reluctant to change any settings since it opens up a Pandoras box with little chance to make any money on it and maybe creating unhappy customer that wants to change things back and forth.

Many car owners are not that interested in paying for the Tech 2 changes since as some of them say "it's just a few minutes of pushing buttons" and why would they charge for that.

The best option is to find an independent Saab shop that have the interest in tinkering with the different option to see what's possible or not and for the customer to be interested in paying for the service.

Here in the US, Saab customers have a great advantage since anyone can go out and purchase the same equipment as the dealer use and that way they could do all the changes them self after learning all the ins and outs about the Tech 2 scan tool.
