I have 2004 9-5 Aero with about 50k miles on the odo. LOVE THIS CAR. Fast, reliable, great looking, handles well, and fantastic on the highway. It's the best incarnation of the 9-5 by far. Other than a failing DIC, which was replaced under warranty, the car has been pretty much flawless.
One more note... While I generally have a preference for manual transmission cars, I would highly recommend that you go with the AUTO on this one. I drove both (and when I say "drove" I don't mean around the block, I mean pushing it hard and putting the car through its paces) before I picked up my AERO and feel that this engine performs best as an automatic, particularly when Sport Mode is engaged. I found the manual transmission to be somewhat clunky.
If you can lay your hands on a relatively low mileage, CPOed 2004 9-5 (automatic or otherwise) you should definitely go for it. You won't be disappointed.
