Hi-
I'm hoping for some help with my newly purchased AudioTroll. I hooked it up according to the instruction (or at least I think I did), but the results are lacking. The iPod seems to be communicating well enough to display information on the SID, so I'm able to read song information. I'm also able to use the various controls on the stereo face and the steering wheel to select playlists and songs. However, I cannot get any sound to come through the speakers. I just purchased my AudioTroll in March '08, so it is not supposed to need the additional audio cable that plugs into the headphone jack. I purchased one anyway and ran it from the headphone jack to the jack on the troll's black box; doing so had no effect on the results.

I'm having a terrible time getting any support from customer service, so I'm very much hoping someone here can offer some help.
