It's called a gauge manifold used to check A/C pressures. The high side fitting is located by the left side headlight by the bumper, the fitting with the black plastic cap. The low side is behind the right headlight again with a black cap on it NOT the one with the green cap. Note that the high side hose from the gauge set will only fit on the high side and the low side hose will only fit on the low side. The A/C system is balanced when it has been off for about 15 minutes or so and the high side and low side pressures equalize. When I checked mine it was about 30 psi both high and low way too low, about 100 psi or so is normal under those conditions though it is dependent on atmospheric temperature. I filled the system with liquid refrigerant into the low side SLOWLY until I got the pressures from my previous post. This done to ensure that liquid refrigerant doesn't reach the compressor. The A/C gauge set for 134a refrigerant I happen to own they are about $30 for a cheap one though it may be possible to rent one, check online.
