I think I'd change it. I don't know whether your car was built with the current oil (Castrol BOT 0063) or the previous fluid (Saab manual transmission synthetic fluid). Perhaps your owners' manual can tell you, or research it on this site. Site Sponsor eEuroparts carries both.
