AudioTroll Questions

Hi guys,
I had ordered an AudioTroll for my 2002 9-5 in Thailand. The shipment is very fast, after a week I got the product in hand.
Apart from excellent sound quality and scrolling SID, I observe a few strange things after installation.
1. I need to put the CD magazine together with all 6 CDs in the changer in order to operate the AudioTroll. Leaving out the magazine will cause a "No Magazine" message and cannot hear the song from iPod. Leaving out any one of CDs, the respective play list of that CD cannot be played. I wonder this is a normal requirement to operate AudioTroll or not?
2. After executing a track seek button in rapid actions (several times), the SID that shows song number will alternatively blink between previous song number and the current number. After that song had been played, the next song will show the same strange behaviour. I need to select another play list to solve the problem. But the problem will come again if I repeat the mentioned actions. I do not expect this behaviour as normally I will skip songs in rapid actions from time to time. Are there any solutions for this?
May I ask for your help in sharing the experience please?
P.S. The AudioTroll can work well with the SAAB's handfree kit (Ericsson T39m). The system will mute AudioTroll and swith the telephone signal through all speakers and SID still shows the word "TELEPHONE" as normal.
