My 2001 9-5 V6 sedan went in this morning to have the suspension checked out. The front passenger swaybar link is very loose. The other one seems okay. I went in and checked it out on the lift with them. How much stability do you think I'll get back from replacing this thing? I wiggled the swaybar and it was very loose. Like I said in previous posts the car rolls like crazy. I wasn't getting much noise out of it though. The rear bushings on the front control arms are dry and cracking. They didn't seem to think it was totally necessary to replace them yet. Your thoughts? Other than that the struts seem fine with 178k miles on them, which I was surprised by. Can they be worn out if they don't make noise and aren't leaking though? Maybe I'll still think about getting some Bilsteins later on, or tires with thicker side walls...Mine suck right now. Thanks in advance.
