After posting I finally saw the "About Us" link at the bottom of the page and found the same thing you did. The URL for their internet sales site sure gave me the impression it may have been the parts and accessories outlet for SaabUSA, now that the Saab catalog only sells clothing.

The $250 is a much better price than the nearly $400 price when my siren first started acting up. After finally having my frequently violated siren disabled for $25, I have gotten accustomed to hearing horn beeps rather than the siren chirps when locking/unlocking.
