Is two wires going off outboard of the Xenons. Just pull on the wires, and the bulb will come out. Removal is covered on page 207 of the owner's manual (don't have one? - go to...well I WAS going to tell you to go to the Saab Owner Center, register and download one, but they changed it all around again, and... send me a private e-mail and I'll send you the 2002 manual)
It's a W5W bulb, which is the European equivalent of a US 914 bulb.
Getting the bulb out is easy. Getting it back into that tiny hole that you can't see isn't. First time I tried, I got the thing jammed between the globe bulb and the Xenon housing & had to remove the whole lamp housing to get it out and get it into the right spot.
