It would be a much easier fix to use some solder paste and a Hakko type hot air soldering tip to reattach (what I would assume to be) the loose wire bonds.
My ABS is in the early stages of flaking so I may just fix this myself when/if it reoccurs more frequently.
An average SMT rework/inspector tech could fix that in <5 minutes. At $20 an hour (generous), that's about a $2 repair. Nice racket these refurb shops have going!
