You can get pretty close:
Park car on flat surface - make sure you drove straight to your parking spot (turns will leave stress in suspension and affect measurement). Stand a level on end beside the tire - one end on the ground, the other end vertical, passing thru the center of the rim. Measure from the lower edge of the rim to the level, record the measurement. Measure from the top edge of the rim to the level and record that measurement (should be a little more than the bottom measurement).
Subtract the bottom measurement from the top. Now you have the difference (camber) of the wheel at the top of a triangle, and the distance from your bottom measurement point to the top is the base of a triangle.
A little work with a scientific calculator (think trigonometry) will let you calculate the camber angle (most calculators will do it in radians which you can then translate to degrees).
