Sure, why not? I did my 9-5 when I had it. IIRC, I had ~ -2.0 degrees when I started, one thick Genuine Saab shim brought it to -.5 degrees, which is in spec. So I would extrapolate that a thin shim would change it by .75 degree. It's not that precise of a job really, you can pretty much eyeball it.
